The 3407 is similar to the 3207 skid-steer log splitter with the addition of a 2-way and 4-way knife. This skid steer Mount Wood splitter pushes 20 tons at 2900 PSI. It includes upgrades such as a longer and reinforced frame, large log stops, and a 4-way slider. This makes it the perfect machine for farmers and homesteaders that want increased productivity. The 2 way is excellent for cracking large knotty logs, while the 4-way doubles productivity by quartering straight grain logs in one pass.
The 3407 is a maintenance free log splitter as all fluid and power is supplied the skidsteer. Simply hook it up and go, and when finished place it in storage for next season. Weld-on options can be added to make it perfect for your operation. If you want a productive skisteer splitting attachment that works season after season, the 3407 is your best option.
