Why break your back splitting large rounds by hand? If you own or have access to a mini excavator, the 3209 log splitter is a great attachment. Large logs can easily weigh 400 lbs or more and an excavator log splitter will quickly allow you to process large logs into manageable firewood for your firewood boiler or to further your country living needs.

The 3209 has been specifically made for small excavators in the 1.5 – 5 ton range and pushes 20 tons at 2900 PSI. Manufactured with a heavy duty tube frame, it ensures the cylinder and slider are safe when lifting, pushing and splitting logs. With a good operator behind the controls, the 3209 makes splitting easy and safe. Large logs that are usually discarded or left till last, can be processed quickly into valuable energy for your winter heating needs.
