2024 Rototilt R series R5

Rototilt® R5 is our tiltrotator for excavators between 14-19 tonnes. This tiltrotator is a real powerhouse for medium-sized excavators, allowing you to take on more assignments with better profitability and productivity. The R5 is designed to handle breakout torques up to 200 kNm, and our latest model has a number of benefits for you as a machine operator or contractor. Benefits such as a worm gear for smoother driving experience with less friction, a rotation sensor ithat provides more precise positioning with RPS, a high-pressure seal with smart grease fittings in combination with a stable design with lower radial bearings in bronze. Rototilt® R5 also includes Rototilt’s other functions and properties, such as an oil-filled rotor housing cast in a single piece for maximum lubrication, minimal wear and an extremely long service life. You gain even more funtionality in combination with the quick coupling system QuickChange™ and the SecureLock™ safety solution.
