2025 Develon Wheel Loaders DL420-7
Features may include:
Designed for Power- With impressive digging and high tractive power, the DEVELON DL420-7 wheel loader excels in tough applications. It's designed to take on a wide range of material handling tasks, from loading and transporting granular material (such as sand and gravel) to large general construction applications.
- Powered by a powerful Tier 4 diesel engine, it can penetrate tough materials, tilt and lift with ease, and carry more in every cycle. Performance features include a powershift transmission with optimized hydraulic pumps, multiple power modes, Z-bar lift arm, return to dig, and limited slip differentials on both front and rear axles.
- The high-lift option offers additional lift height and reach. Added material strengthens each section of the rugged box frame for better balance and improved lifting capacity.
- An efficient cooling system features wider radiator fin spacing and a reversible fan to quickly clear debris.
- It’s easier to stay on top of maintenance with the DL420-7. Centralized lubrication points, plus easy component access and fluid-level checks, make daily checks more convenient.
- DEVELON Fleet Management, a powerful equipment diagnostic tool, monitors the health, location and productivity of your DEVELON equipment from a user-friendly mobile app and website. You can quickly and easily check machine location, fleet status, operating hours, error codes, fuel usage, engine idle vs. work time, engine and hydraulic oil temperature and various other data points. And it allows your dealer to offer more proactive service to help maximize machine uptime.
- The latest technologies work to improve fuel efficiency. Situation Awareness Technology (SAT) automatically adjusts the engine output in real-time to the needs of the drivetrain and hydraulics to help save fuel without compromising performance.
- The standard auto-idle feature reduces engine rpm when the steering wheel or joystick isn’t being used, and auto-shutdown turns off the engine after a set amount of time idling.
- To comply with Tier 4 emissions standards, the DL420-7 incorporates a high-pressure common-rail (HPCR) fuel delivery system as well as cooled exhaust gas recirculation (CEGR), combined with a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) and selective catalyst reduction (SCR) with diesel exhaust fluid (DEF).
